1. i arrived on a Friday night and although I was to tired to go i liked the night club type of atmosphere that I could hear coming from the bar area.

After I finally arrived, everything about the hotel was just fine for my situation and needs: nice room, cooperative front desk with extra toothpaste and brush that I needed, chauffeur ride in the morning to Manhattan (though it was too expensive and I wish I would been advised about its cost and alternatives).

3. 4. We arrived early in the morning and were not able to check into a room (which was fine, it was before 11:00) but we were able to leave our bags in a secure room.

5. The staff did not give us the room that we requested by phone earlier in the day, even though they said we would have a king sized bed when we arrived, they told us none was available.

However, other than the view of Shea (if you can get a room on that side of the hotel - I requested it prior to my arrival, but they said there were no rooms available on that side) the stay was far less than 3 star quality they claim and I have never had a worse experience at any hotel restaurant.
