1. We waited in the lobby and by the time thehostess had our room “cleaned” it was well past 12:00am and our room wasbarely cleaned.

2. Wireless is only in the lobby, in the rooms you have to use a cat5 cable, which they kindly provided.

3. I got in at 6:00am and couldn't get an early checkin (even though I requested one ahead of time) so had to lounge around in the lobby and change clothes in the restroom (no gym or showers to get organized in).
