1. The room was ordinary, but clean (somewhat noisy), the breakfast was good, but nothing to rave about (except for the service the woman in charge provided, which in keeping with the tennor of the hotel, was of the 5 star quality).

2. I have been lucky in my life and have stayed in some of the finest hotels in the world, but I cannot believe that they would have gone to the extraordinary levels to provide the kind of service this hotel did.
