2. The street it is on is loaded with shops - restaurants, a drug store within walking distance, and a Walmart so you can find pretty much everything you need.

3. If you are looking for a good, cheap place for dinner, I recommend Charlie Bob's restaurant down the same street about 2 miles after you make a right out of the parking lot.

4. Food, drugstore, easy access to the highway, a laundromat down the street, walmart nearby etc. make this a great location.
