4. Decent place, clean room, clean bathroom, clean beds, free WIFI Internet access with good reception (multiple access points), decent hot breakfast with waffle maker, danishes, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, OJ, Apple Juice, Lemonade, Milk.

5. For a reasonably-priced hotel, this one is pretty good--clean, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, WiFi in room, coffee in lobby, free breakfast with hot and cold items; some deferred maintenance, but not bad.
