1. desk is not ""staffed"" late at night, but on-site contact info is available (maintenance or someone) 24 hours.

2. The bathroom had some immediate repair issues needed, but no one was at the desk late at night, nor at 8:00 in the morning when we left, so the problem went unreported.

7. We had arranged for a late night (1am) check-in, and were told that the desk closed at 10pm, but a night employee would be able to check us in.
