2. I wasn't aware they did not provide hair dryers or shampoo unless you specifically asked at the front desk.

3. Thankfully, we were able to get our second night reservation cancelled, and since we didn't book directly through the hotel, the site we booked through gave us a refund for the first night!(they tried to call the front desk to "work things out" but they soon realized how bad it was because of the poor service they got, too.
