1. Has a lot going for it like many fluffy pillows, comfortable bed, indoor pool, right next to mall, but can see they are trying to save money like charging for in-room internet, broken security door, and breakfast that wasn't included in 'internet special rate'.

2. no local calls (1.50 each) usually included; no free breakfast (although they offer it to some guests but not all and it is just a breakfast buffet which could easily be for all guests) no free in room internet (didn't even ask what that would cost!) .

4. The only downfalls were that the internet was not free in the room and there was not a breakfast provided and the breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant was slightly overpriced.
