1. On challenging this, the guy behind reception was very polite but he clearly didn't believe me that I hadn't touched anything from the minibar, but he took it off the account.

3. We never, ever, ever, ever use anything from the minibar in any hotel - it's just not worth the cost - in fact we never even open or touch the thing, yet on the morning of check out we found an item billed to my account (see other reviews here - seems to be a common hotel trick).

6. Also watch your bill they attend to charge you for stuff you haven't use at the minibar.
