1. It depends what you are looking for - we were 2, 50+ yr old blokes looking for good accommodation close to the beach, bars etc., and were very happy with the hotel and it's staff.

2. While this hotel doesn't have a bar or room service, our room was great (and twice the size, the pool was nice, and the downstairs cafe turned out to be great.

3. Only down side, not as many bars as had hoped and booze is dear lots of places to eat, make the most happy hour most places do it 4 to 7pm.

6. It's a relatively small hotel with 60 + rooms with a small pool and it is located only 5 mins walk from the beach and right amongst the Lincoln Road shops/bars/restaurants.
