OUR ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AT ONE POINT I HAD TO TAKE OUR RENTAL CAR BACK AND REALIZED MY WIFE HAD LEFT HER PRESCRIPTION GLASSES IN THE CAR WHEN I WENT TO THE DESK TO ASK FOR A CAB THE HOTEL OFFERED TO DRIVE ME TO THE AIRPORT FREE OF CHARGE AND ASSURED ME I WOULD BE BACK IN TIME TO CATCH THE SHUTTLE TO CRUISE PORT AND WE DID.

The room smelled terrible, no air circulation, windows locked, no ventilator which can provide fresh air, telephone was broken, I was overcharged by $200.00 for 1 night(!), breakfast was supposed to be free but they wanted to charge me a fee, their staff came into my bath room while I was in the shower.
