2. We went for our Honey Moon, it was the best choice, they upgrade the room, and wait for us with champagne and everything, we are from New York and was our first trip to Miami, they help us to go everywhere, they recomended the best restaurants and places to visit, It was a great experiance.

8. I had to call to get my room cleaned on one occasion and the concierge was clueless as far as reservations for dinner.

9. Upon arrival, we were set upon by this poor woman who had obviously been instructed to never allow a moment of silence -- she chattered nonstop, cartoon-like until the bellhop finally came to show us to our room.
