1. It's cheap, it's beautiful, rooms are big, it's withing short drive to the beach and to Hollywood, they have free parking, free glass of champaing every night, free unlimitied pop corn,free doughnuts at 3 pm.

8. Entrance to hotel is a mess, you don't understand where to park because they have their rental cars lined up infront always and you can't enter parking without access.
