But the
front desk
is still managed by multi-tasking people with no social skills, and it can take forever just to get someone to help you, depending on when you need that help.

We ran out of towels one night, and although it was late, I called the
front desk
and fresh towels arrived at our room within 5 minutes.
"Will definitely stay here again! "

Front desk
clerk was a little snooty & forgot to tell us that you have to use a key card to use the elevators but luckily a maintenance guy helped us out after the
front desk
guy watched us standing there for about 5 minutes thinking the elevator button light was just out.

the only 2 problems were that the
front desk
people r not 2 friendly in fact on day we arrive @ 12am n there was no body in the valet prking when we ask where was the guy they told us if u dont see him just park it your self instead of the guy him actually look for him after all u pay $27 dollars for it.
