1. Rooms are nice and comfy, very quiet even if the rooms overlook the parking on both sides.

6. Okay l'm British so used to more "European" sized rooms, and originally from London so do get the meaning of small, however I didn't find this hotel to be anything like the image painted by previous reviews.
