1. I had a car with me so I paid for their parking lot to discover there was plenty of street parking behind the hotel, so do not pay for parking.

3. There were a few spots around the hotel that could use some TLC, especially the elevator (we took the stairs!), but overall it was a nice place with convenient parking and was close to everything we wanted to visit.
