2. Upon completion of registration, we went into our room, which was up to Ritz standard of clean, neat, and comfortable charm.

However, it was lacking a few things: no bathroom fan, no wi-fi, yet there was a $10 per night charge if you want to connect to the internet via a plug-in, no microwave, no room in the mini-refrigerator which was stocked with ridiculously overpriced drinks, the light on the makeup mirror did not work, the lamps in the room turn on by a switch on the cord -- we arrived after dark, and it took quite a bit of groping in the dark to finally figure out how to turn the lights on.

5. Valet parking costs $31 per night in addition to the high room rate I feel it should be included in the price of a luxury hotel.

9. Had to wait 2.5 hours for room and 30 minutes after that for my luggage which was supposed to be already in my room, even though I'd requested early check-in.
