1. They had a very nice patio with what looked like comfortable seating, but we didn't use it because of the rainy weather during our stay.

2. Because of security concerns we did leave our first-floor patio door open at night to allow fresh air (there was no window) but instead used the fan or the A/C, both of which were very loud.
