1. The hotel reception staff gave good advice on check-in for restaurants nearby and also where the train stops etc were.

2. We arrived at the hotel about 7 hours before check in time (they had received an email requesting an "early" check in with no time frame given)and the staff was extremely gracious in getting us into the room as quickly as possible (with no additional charge!).
