I spent half an hour trying to figure out why I couldn't get a signal from my DVD player, so I asked the
front desk
and was told the video inputs were disabled on the TVs.

To add to the frustration, phone calls to the
front desk
concerning this matter were a total waste of time (and I mean alot of time waiting for them to answer the phone not actual talk time).
