6. Janet Evans and Doug Odom were the regular front desk persons, any time we had a question they were there to answer, if we needed an opinion they were right on the money, and when our room needed servicing the staff was there to make it right.

10. The reservations representative was not helpful, the customer service representative was rude and not helpful, and my only option left was to deal with the hotel directly again.
