2. The hotel is next to I-95 and adjacent to a business park, with many restaurants nearby (including a Dennys within a couple hundred yards).

3. There are other fast food restaurants on Baymeadows but I don't know if there are sidewalks and I imagine it would be hard to cross the street when the traffic is heavy.
