4. This was not minor noise, I think they forgot to use nails when installing the floor - It was an awful nuisance.

The staff was unable to accommodate our needs when we requested a single king room, but they were only able to give us a double queen room, the quality of the food at the breakfast buffet left much to be desired, and the room amenities were not comparable to a similar hotel located not that far away.
