6. THERE WAS A BAD SMELL IN THE STAIRWAY AND THE ROOMS WERE VERY DISAPPOINTING, OUR CARPET IN THE BEDROOM WAS VERY BADLY STAINED (LOOKED LIKE DRIED BLOOD!) STAFF WERE NOT FRIENDLY .
