1. At checkout I waited about 15 minutes while two of the hotel staff joked around with one guest about how much money they were spending at the hotel.

6. Spacious rooms, clean ad attractive with small kitchen (oven, frig and sinks with bar for eating) sitting area with couch and two chairs, desk with very comfortable rolling chair and free internet, which was much faster than other hotels.
