1. We didnt care for first room so they gladly moved us to a beautiful room with a wonderful view of the ocean.

2. Just one little glitch: when we upgraded to an ocean view room, the air conditioning unit in the first room we were assigned was not working.

3. The hotel switched our room to two rooms up the hall with the same awful view; the beds were better, but the refrigerator was all rusty and one side was propped up on folded wash cloths to level it and the freezer was extremely frozen over making no room to put anything.

4. We were led to believe that our room would be overlooking the beach, but when we arrived at the hotel we were actually booked in an entirely different building behind the one facing the beach and to top that, the view from our window was the top of the building looking directly at an old dirty air-conditioning unit.
