3. On one occasion they went out of their way to heat up and some food we had purchased elsewhere (refrigerated take-out from Harrods) and brought it to our room as if we had ordered room service.

4. (I should mention that we didn't realize we had been given refrigerated food, and the staff at the hotel took pity on us--so this is not a standard service.
