1. For a two night stay we were provided with only ONE pack of coffee, there were no tissues, and the bed was never made though we were gone All day.

2. I rated hotel service 4 because there wasn't daily maid service,(probably because this is extended stay hotel) so we had to get towels & coffee at front desk.

3. A 12 cup coffee pot was provided with a coffee packet for a 4 cup coffee maker? The housecleaning service did provide additional coffee packets when asked.
