7. Staff was friendly, but a little distracted (desk clerk seemed to be engaged in personal phone conversations on the 3 visits to the front desk that night).

8. Two problems: #1- Our room had a very bad smell and #2-If you are hungry late at night, then you are out of luck because room service stops at 10:00p.
