1. The hallways and elevator were dirty there was a empty coke can in the elevator when we checked in and it was still there in the morning also the trash can in the hall way was overflowing and there was scrape paper on the floor.

2. We complained several times to the management about the running in the halls and the loud goofing off by another group (after 10pm) but nothing was done and they got annoyed with our phone calls complaining about it - but we had two kids under the age of three that we were trying to get to sleep (as well as two adults).
