1. I was really too tired to deal with any of the complaints that I had and I didn't meantion them to the staff, so there was no chance for the hotel to remedy them.

2. My complaints would be that they were not able to provide us adjoining rooms like I requested - not a huge deal, but with the hotel not being at all full on a Thursday night I think this request would have easily been granted.
