2. We called the front desk the first time it happened and the maintenance guy came quickly and took care of it and he was friendly.

3. There's a small desk stuck in the middle of the room at the front desk for you to use the computer but your back is facing everyone that is at the front desk, which gives a great view over your shoulder.
