2. A front desk only phone on each floor "lobby" would be a positive approach so a person doesn't need to drag suitcases, etc. to the lobby each time.

3. When our children were sitting in the lobby one evening playing cards with their friends also staying in the hotel, an employee actually made them an extra plate of warm, fresh cookies.
