5. Had to ask for clean towels, entrance keys to room did not work twice hotel clerk tried to remedy, ended up moving to another room.

8. We checked in, got to our room and there was poop in the toilet, our bed had obviously been layed in already, no toilet paper, no towels, ashes from cigarettes on the floor and we were in a non-smoking room.

10. But room 1418 was in terrible shape, they had to take showers in our room because that bathroom had so much mold and looked like it hadnt been clean very good.
