1. We stayed two days and were a little surprised that our room didn't get made-up for the 2nd night, but not a big deal--just an oversight, fresh towels were readily available.

2. We were offered freshly baked cookies and although the clerk worked when we checked in, until 11pm and was back again early in the morning her smile and warm attitude never changed.
