1. The only elevator was out of service during our stay and the second day the stairwell servicing our wing of the hotel was also closed for maintenance.

2. Paid for internet service that would not connect so we had to find alternate places to Google locations, quite inconvienent when you've paid for it.

3. Some travelers may want or need a daily houskeeping service or breakfast buffet but for me it's just an unnecessary add-on.
