1. Staybridge is a decent place, convenient 15 min to downtown, clean, roomy, and a large choice of breakfast items, although the eggs need some work.

3. It is close to the Lite Rail Line so you don't have to worry about finding parking downtown, but finding parking at that particular Rail stop can be a challenge.
