2. we enjoyed our stay at the southfork hotel in Plano tx even though it was under renovation all staff was very nice and helpful especially fixing our door that would not lock i would stay there again and recomend this hotel to anyone.

4. Had some issues with the card key slot and had to move rooms, but the maitence staff was very polite, and the front desk staff was not as polite.
