1. I get there at 3 in the morning, go to bed and in half an hour the smoke detector battery (was low) starts beeping every 5 minutes, I did not have enough energy to get up right away and complain about it, so finally I got out of my bed at 7 and went to the front desk and complained, the guy changed the battery but did not offer any apologies or offer any compensation for the inconvenience and the sleepless night.
