2. We've stayed in the hotel before, but it didn't appear as nice as before, the room was fairly clean - the dishes on the counter were dusty, the floor didn't look like it have vacummed in a while.

3. The room had a kitchen (with everything you need to make meals, except the food), a fireplace (must buy a log from front desk- very cheap), a soft bed and clean bathroom- all of which was serviced perfectly by the cleaning staff every afternoon.

6. Drawbacks? a little mildew in the shower, cracks and missing pieces in the tile and walls in the bathroom (I'm a clean bath freak) and I had to ask for towels and also sheets for the sleeper sofa as none were in the room therefore we had to wait before taking showers when we wanted to.
