1. The only less-positives are that the room lighting is done with floor lamps, and the kitchen lights are relatively dim; and, the bathroom light switch activaters a very loud ventilation fan, which you can't turn off.

2. There is an electrical panel on the back side of the shower (hope the water pipe never bursts) There was also almost a 3/4" - 1" gap at the bottom of the door of the room leading into the hallway (on the first floor easy for creepy crawlers to enter).
