9. Only one mini-bar of soap for the bathroom? What about another one for the shower?) The staff was friendly and professional, though the pleasant lobby and public areas were rather unremarkable.

10. Excellent location in north Dallas area, very close (walking distance) to the Galleria Mall and convenient short drive to intersection of the Dallas North Toll way and Belt Line Road for plenty of upscale restaurants and very nice boutique shopping opportunities.
