We would arrive for breakfast near to "closing time" (9:30 a.m. each day) and the staff was clearly impatient for us to finish our food and "get out of their hair" so they could finish up closing it down by doing such things as giving us dirty looks and bringing the vacuum cleaner out and putting it near us so we'd be sure to see it, etc. If hotel employees don't have enough time in their shift to clean up after 9:30, the hotel should change their shift to allow for that so that late-eaters can enjoy their breakfast without feeling rushed.
