8. I generally don't complain about my room/service becuz all I need it for is to sleep, but in this case it truly was the worse experience with a hotel I have ever had.

9. We didn't stay in the fancier parts of the resort, but I've been to Nassau/Paradise Island, and even this section of Atlantis was better than the other hotels I've stayed in (cleaner, more convenient, and MUCH better service).
