3. This is an amazing value, we recently stayed at the Hilton in the Beachwood area, and prefer and plan on revisiting the Hyatt over the Hilton, thanks a million for a wonderful and inviting place to slip away for a night.

7. The only complaints I have are the breakfast area wasn't kept clean, the set up was not refilled fast enough and there isn't enough room for the number of people that were there or size of the hotel.
