I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who may have complicated business traveler needs, nor anyone who prefers a hotel which at least may give them some modicum of aid or attempt to contact Expedia to make verifications on reservations (as they should do, as I have been told by Expedia's customer service) if there are any problems.
