When we arrived, we didn't get there during "office hours" so someone had left a key with the cleaning lady to check us in, we got there she was unsure of what to do so she photo copied my credit card (which the room was already paid for) and didnt tell me which room I was in, so I of course had to ask since it wasn't on the room key either.
