Upon arriving, took two clerks more than 10 minutes to locate our Prepaid reservation made throuhg Expedia so that we could check-in; after getting upstairs to our room called front desk for two more pillows and had to go back to the front desk to pick them up; the following day left room around 8 A.

2. We arrived immediately behind a tour bus with a baseball team with family members, and waited more than 25 minutes for check-in- two desk clerks helped the team; 1 helped everyone else.

7. Seemed to be a bit short-staffed as I had to wait over 5 minutes for any front desk staff member to arrive to check me in (I had to ask someone to get some help) and the phone was ringing without being answered.
