5. beds uncomfortable, bathroom floor gross, used bar of soap on counter, only 2 towels for 4 people and I was told no other towels were available, breakfast was a joke, bathroom vent hanging from a wire from ceiling, water switched unexpectedly from cold to hot during shower, beer caps on the floor, half full cup of something also left on the floor - GROSS.

6. Rug was wet from the fridge leaking, AC did not work and it was 90 degrees everyday Houskeeping just straightened beds and NEVER vacummed.
