1. There are train tracks nearby, but the hotel has taken measures to quiet things down - double pain windows, extra insulation, and with the air conditioning/fan running I didn't even notice the train noise.

7. Even though the hotel is right beside a train track with trains going through all hours, we were NOT disturbed - as long as the (double pane) windows were shut and the air unit was on low.
